Who we are
Growth Laboratory ("Growth Laboratory," "we," "us") provides CRM, RevOps, marketing and AI consulting services from Parker, Colorado. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit growthlaboratory.co or work with us. Questions can go to info@growthlaboratory.co.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a Damage Report, book a call, subscribe or email us, we collect what you share. That can include:
- Name, email address, phone number and company
- Website, CRM platform, team size and project details
- Files you choose to attach
- Anything else you include in a message
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and deliver the services you ask for
- To prepare and send your Damage Report or assessment
- To schedule and hold calls and meetings
- To send emails you signed up for, including our newsletter
- To run, secure and improve our website and services
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Email marketing
We only add you to marketing emails when you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing us.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include our website host and form processor (Netlify), our CRM and email platforms, our scheduling tool (Calendly) and our email provider. They are required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
Client CRM data
When we work inside a client’s CRM or systems, we access that data only to perform the work agreed to in writing. We follow the client’s permissions and instructions, limit access to the people doing the work and will sign an NDA on request.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed to run it and, if enabled, basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain business records, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including Colorado and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing emails and of any sale or targeted advertising use of your data
To make a request, email info@growthlaboratory.co. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, typically 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites and tools, such as LinkedIn and Calendly. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
